The Online Order Period is from 19th November 2022 to 17th December 2021 (12pm).

Operation days and hours are different for school holidays.

You may refer to your child’s printed booklist for the date and time of self-collection option or click here to view the Nov/Dec Self-collection Dates. Please note that as part of the Covid 19 safety management measures, walk in purchase without prior appointment is strictly not allowed. Please place your order online and pre-book a date with the bookshop to collect your books.

No. During the Nov/December Book Selling period, sale of uniforms is done directly by the supplier.
Please check with the school for their operations dates and hours.

1. Go to www.cps.chalamay.com .

2. Select the pupil’s Education Level & Mother Tongue.

3. Select the books and school materials that you wish to purchase
a. As the quantity listed is tagged to the school’s approved booklist, you may choose to change the quantity as required.
b. Kindly uncheck items which are not needed.
c. You may add customized textbook covers, name tags and other promotional items
d. Scroll to the end of page and click “Add to Cart” to save your selection for each page (i.e. Textbooks/Stationery Items/Name Tags). Items are now in cart.

4. Please check your order in your shopping cart and select delivery or self-collection from school bookshop
– Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to proceed with the purchase.
– To continue shopping, please click on “Back” button to go back to the Booklist Page.

5. Check Customer and Shipping details
– Login to your account to proceed with submitting your order.
Please register for a new account if you have not done so. If you have forgotten your password, please refer to the FAQ section
– Please check the customer and shipping details and ensure that the information you have provided is correct.
– Available modes of payment information are displayed at the bottom of the page.
– Click on PLACE ORDER button to send us your order once you have verified that your order details are correct.

6. Proceed to make your payment with PayNow or Bank Transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Send a screen shot / confirmation of payment and email to info@chalamay.com or WhatsApp to 65 87648813. Your order will not be confirmed and reserved (for self-collection)/shipped (for delivery option) until we receive your payment in our account.

An order confirmation will be emailed to you once we have received payment in our account.

Our representative will process your order and have the items packed.
We will contact you once items are ready for delivery/collection.
Please note that self-collection in school is strictly by appointment only.

You may view your recent order status by logging into to your account and clicking on the “My Account > My Order” Tab.

You will be able to print out your order if needed. To print the list of items you have ordered, kindly click on the order number, then the “Print” button to print.

To enhance the protection of everyone and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the school do not allow for walk-in at the school premises for the Nov/Dec Book selling period.

Self-collection for orders (strictly by appointment) made on this website is allowed.

Customers are encouraged to place an order with us via the web and we will arrange for self-collection (strictly by appointment only) in the school premises or delivery to your indicated shipping address.

We shall make every effort to fulfil the orders through www.cps.chalamay.com. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or availability of items during packing, some orders may not be fulfilled. A reservation note that is issued by Chalamay Co will be packed in the delivery package for the items unavailable during the time of packing.

Customers may claim these items at the respective school bookshop during operation hours once items are available.

Items purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable except for the following situations:
• Upon receiving the items, the items are found to be faulty / damaged / torn.
• Item received is different from what is stated in the Order Invoice (i.e. Wrong items are delivered.)

When you return a Product to us because you claim that the Product is defective, or you are not satisfied with the Product, we will examine the returned Product. Provided we are satisfied with the condition of the Product following our examination, we will either replace the item (if returned owing to a defect) or exchange for another product with equivalent value. Refund is not possible. Exchange can be made strictly within 7 days if item is in new, original condition and is reflected in the proof of purchase.

A claim by you that the quantity of the Products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the Products had been delivered in accordance with the Contract.

The cost of return transportation is at your expense.

SELF-COLLECTION (STRICTLY BY PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS ONLY)

Orders made on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public holidays will be processed as the next working day’s orders.

Self-collection plans should be made at least 7 working days in advance.

The bookshop crew will contact you to fix a date and time for self-collection.

After an order has been placed at our website, proceed to make your payment with PayNow or Bank Transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Send a screen shot / confirmation of payment and email to info@chalamay.com or WhatsApp to 65 87648813. Your order will not be confirmed and reserved (for self-collection)/shipped (for delivery option) until we receive your payment in our account.

DELIVERY

No. We will be packing and delivering your order within the next 7 working days.

Delivery plans should be made at least 7 working days in advance.

Orders made on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public holidays will be processed as the next working day’s orders.

Things to Note:
– We will contact you once your parcel is ready for delivery.
– A message will also be sent to you on the day of the delivery so that you’ll be ready for the delivery.
– Do note that deliveries will take place between 1pm to 8pm of the delivery day.
– For failed deliveries that are sent back to the bookshop, a replacement delivery fee will be charged.
– Do also note that fees such as delivery, are not refundable in the case of refunds or failed deliveries.
– In case of a change of address, please let us know as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

We only accept PayNow & Bank Transfers for online purchases.
